NEW RESEARCH PROGRAM
We are pleased to announce a new research program has begun, concentrating on Warstone Innovations Interlocking Bags and AbsorbCrete® with Texas A&M University, the Zachry Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Geomechanics and Geotechnical Research Group. Texas A&M research will be conducted by renowned professor Anand J. Puppala, Ph.D., P.E., D-GE, F-ASCE and F-ICE, and Surya Sarat Chandra Congress, Ph.D., A.M. ASCE. This research project is being performed through the Industry-University Cooperative Research Centers (IUCRC) Program, in partnership with the National Science Foundation (NSF), Center for the Integration of Composites into Infrastructure (CICI).
This exciting two-year research program will include materials analysis, studying dynamic force resistance, design criteria, environmental attributes, and unexplored uses for these innovative patented products. We greatly anticipate this rigorous and groundbreaking research to explore avenues of improving and securing infrastructure in our dramatically climate-changing world.
